A famous hacker called Wincom, through his tweet today, he said that he have binary for iOS 6.1.3 Untethered jailbreak. Maybe you think why this is so late, but iOS 7 will release to the public a few weeks later.
No one can guarantee, when exactly untethered jailbreak iOS 7 will be released, and if you are currently on iOS 6.1.3 and jailbreak tool released untehered, you should not update to iOS 7. because it can make your jailbreak will be lost.
