Apple Has Release iOS 7 Beta 4  For Developers - As previously thought Apple has released iOS 7 beta 4 for developers today and you can download the Over-The-Air (OTA) if previously you were iOS 7 beta 3 or download files ipsw through the dev center. The latest beta version has a build number 11A4435d, and besides iOS 7 beta 4 ,  also comes  Xcode 5 Developer Preview 4 and the new beta version of the firmware for the Apple TV.

The fourth beta ios 7 actually comes three weeks after the release of iOS 7 beta 3, this is a week longer than the previous beta ios period. The reason, is because the dev center experience offline for 8 days.

iOS 7 may be released in the fall of this year, which will also be time for Apple released the iPhone 5S, budget iPhone and iPad generation 5.

So far I have heard some UI changes including lockscreen, animations are smoother, the addition of Notification Center section on the upload has been completed and other subtle UI changes

However, if you are not a developer, you should not need to install iOS 7 on your iDevice, because the beta version of iOS still has many bugs, it will make you uncomfortable.
