After the contact options will appear that has been backed up by time. How that is done a little differently with File Restore from iCloud. Now you select the contact backup file. Already? Click Restore.
Note: File contact that you restore automatically, would replace the current contacts stored on the device that is connected to iCloud. Do not worry, contact the current file you are using is not lost, the file is stored in the backup archive.
